Rådhuset - the town hall

Oslo Rådhuset - Oslo's town hall: Its characteristic architecture, artworks, and the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony on 10th December each year makes it one of Oslo's most famous buildings facing the harbour. Back in the late 1920s the whole area has been renovated to make space for the constructions starting in 1931. With 30% of the votes it has even been named Oslo's "structure of the century". Some people consider it a great piece of art/architecture, others simply think it's ugly. What do you think?
