Friday 18th of June in the evening, once again the Rådhusplassen right next to the harbour and Aker Brygge hosted a big event. The news magazine VG organised a kind of "the dome" concert, featuring its top 20 norwegian artists. Among those
Madcon (norwegian Hip-Hop and Raggae Band) with their Eurovision Songcontest Flashmob Dance hit "Glow", the norwegian Eurovision Songcontest candidate
Didrik Solli Tangen (rather less successful during the ESC) and many other artists which - according to reactions of the audience - must be very known and popular. Very famous also the norwegian pop band
Donkeyboys: largely announced but finally couldn't make it for some reason.
Highlight of the event of the evening was the performance of the
Scissor Sisters.
The only negative aspects of the evening were the constant rain and the average age of the audience (16 years maybe? 20?)
After the concert, at about 23:30: just to show you the light at that time of the night :-)
