Two reasons to celebrate made Jana and me come together for some baking!
Jana had to celebrate her return to Haman Scandinavia at the beginning of February this year, but now as a permanent employee and not anymore as a trainee.
Well, and I had my 2-years anniversary at work :-) I started exactly two years ago, on March 23rd 2009 to work for Terra Nova.
Since we both had the idea to bring a cake to work on Wednesday 23rd of March, it appeared a good thing to bake together. "Zwei Dumme, ein Gedanke" we'd say in German :-)
So on Tuesday after work we went to Jana's new flat to make some yummy "Yogurette-Muffins". I think Yogurette isn't very common abroad and thus probably not know by most of you. It's a chocolate bar filled with a yoghurt-cream and little pieces of fruit, usually and originally of strawberries :-)
And Jana knew a receipe with them that we wanted to give a try!
After baking we became pretty hungry and chose to get - next to some tasty dough - also some proper food.
After a good dinner, we had some muffins for dessert and came to the conclusion that our baking was successful.
Jana brought the muffins to work the next day and they were gone before lunch time :-)
