Julebord 2014: Christmas dinner with friends at our place

Christmas time :-) We invited our friends Sona & Hugo, Ginta & Hadrien, Ricardo and also Vanesa (a friend of mine) over to our place for a German Christmas dinner.

On the menu: chicken soup // pork roast with potato dumplings, red cabbage and gravy // "Lebkucheneis" (ginger bread ice cream) // coffee and home made Christmas cookies and other typical German Christmas sweets

 

 

After the dinner we played the "Secret Santa" game I got to know in the office and had introduced to our friends. It's a fun way of exchanging gifts for Christmas. You don't buy a present for a specific person, but one in general and then you play with a dice and a timer for the present you want.

It was a very very nice evening that we really enjoyed :-) So great to have such lovely people around!
