Choicedagen 2011

The hotel chain Choice is always organising something to promote itself: a FAM trip, yet another hotel opening party, a førjulstreff (pre-Christmas party) or even this time the "Choicedagen".
Choicedagen 2011 took place at the Clarion Collection Hotel Folketheatret and brought together Choice staff, hotel employees and of course professionals from the tourism industry under the theme "pre ski party", in recognition of the upcoming Nordic Ski World Championship hold in Oslo end of Februar/beginning of March.
Not to be missed at the party of course: investor and hotel "tycoon" Petter Stordalen, owner of Choice Hotels. He's a total show off and macho, but I can't deny that he's a good entertainer as well. At least during this evening he hold a pretty good presentaiton in a funny way which made it interesting to listen to. Not one of those extreeeemly boring presentations you fall asleep while attending.

After Petter also an actor from the musical "We Will Rock You" performed some songs... but was more than obvious a little very gay :-)

The rest of the day passed with some finger food, here and there some small talk and business bla bla with Choice staff and other regular contacts of us. In the end nothing big and still pretty boring. So my colleagues (Stéphanie, Maria and Wiebke) and me left quite early.
