This time we had to say goodbye to two employees. Usually it's the trainees leaving us after a while, but now Egil and Sara quit.
Egil had been working for our Terra Nova outgoing department together with Odd-Arve. However, Odd-Arve is going in pension and so the board decided to close down the department. Egil apparently found a really good new job at another company and Sara left, because she got a really great offer at another company. So she switched after some years at Scandinavian Incentives.
The day they actually left, we didn't really have time to properly say goodbye to them and to thank them for their time with us, so Anette had organised a little gathering today on Wednesday 23rd of June.
We had strawberries (unfortunately not the good Norwegian ones yet), tasty vanilla ice cream and whipped cream - what a summer feeling :-)
I wasn't too close to the two colleauges as they were working in different fields and in another "part" of the office. However, it's always sad to see people leave.
After work we still went out for a drink with Sara and some other colleagues.
