We-have-to-empty-the-freezer-dinner
Next week I will be gone for a couple of days. I'll be home in Germany. This is the perfect occasion for defrosting our freezer once in a while. However, for that the freezer should preferrably be empty. So Mari and I have spent the last couple of weeks eating like mad the items left in that part of the fridge.
One of the last few things still left as of today were some elg-meatballs, four reindeer patties and a remainder of frozen chopped spinach. All that we combined tonight with fresh potatoes and a redwine-venison-sauce :-)
We're pretty filled up but also one step closer to an empty freezer!
