A day with Billy Pax and Co.

By the end of the month Audrey has to leave the flat she currently lives in. Already last weekend I went with her and a friend to IKEA - to leave it after 4 hours with 3 trolleys fully loaded with cardboard wrapped furniture.
All that stuff had been delivered to Audrey's new flat on Tuesday and since then she's assembling her acquisitions. However, for "some last things" she needed further help. Thus, yesterday Jana and I came to her flat to set up what was still not fixed, yet:
  • the sliding doors of the big pax wardrobe in the living room - it took us about 20 attempts to hang them in until I figured out that there was a mistke on top of the rail which made it cosntantly jump out again
  • two slatted bedframes - didn't know that you even have to assemble that, always that that would be delivered "ready-to-use"
  • three shelves
  • a chest of drawers to fit into the wardrobe
  • the drawers under the bed frame
  • a huge sofa-bed

 Ähhhmmm - that's a "little" uneven, Audrey :-)
Well-deserved, delicious pizza from Villa Paradiso at 22:45. We're finally done - after 8 hours!!!
Next weekend it's time to properly move in!
