Scope of the tour was to get presented some exclusive locations and tourism service providers in the area which can be used for groups, meetings, incentive purposes etc.
We have been a group of about 10 people, thereof two colleagues of mine Michelle and Maria. Only a couple of days before departure, we figured out that also my flatmate Mari subscribed to that tour; as you might remember she works in tourism as well. So it was really funny to know that we would leave on the same tour and go on a business trip together.
By the way, Bergen is the wettest/most rainy city, so of course the chance to meet good weather during this to days was quite low as you will see on the pictures.

Thursday, 7th May
Flight from Oslo to Bergen.
We go on board the fjord boat "MS Bruvik"...
(lunch on board included)
... which brought us to Bergen city centre
(Bergen Brygge)
(on the way through the city)
(again Bergen Brygge)
Arrival at Bergen Brygge and check-in at First Hotel Marin.
We take the Fløibanen up to the Fløyen...
... to enjoy the spectacular view...
... and visit the Fløien Folkerestaurant
This is followed by a tour to the Grieghallen, a great location for any kind of event [read more].
As the Galleri Nygaten is unexpectedly closed we use the cable car which brings us up to the top of Ulriken [read more]...
... with its restaurant...
... where we have the pleasure to taste some self-made warm cinnamon buns *mmmh*, delicious.

We finish this first impressive day with a nice dinner at Beyer'en Bar og Restaurant of the hotel.

Friday, 8th May
Check-out at hotel.
We go on board M/Y Anne Lise, a yacht from Maritime Tours AS,...
... which will take us the whole day through the fjords

... where we enjoy a wonderful lunch.
(and even the sun came out for 15 minutes!)
Unfortunately we face a change of programme due to bad weather conditions out on the sea: instead of visiting the Rosendal Fjordhotel we turn around and stop at Lysøen at the house of Ole Bull.

Finally another boat and a taxi bring us back to Bergen Flesland airport for our flight back to Oslo.
Despite the bad and very rainy and cloudy weather this was an amazing trip with many positive impressions. I thank my colleagues for giving me the opportunity to take part in this tour.
